Saturday 9:30AM First Position should arrive at 9:50AM. They will be finished at 10:15AM.

Things to Know for Performance Day
First Position - 3rd Grade: Please arrive with your dancer dressed in their costume ~ hair and make-up performance ready.
*K-3rd dancers with multiple dances, please arrive in your BALLET Costume.
K-3rd please arrive 15 min before the show begins.
4th-5th please arrive 30 min before the show begins.
Upper School TBA
Pre school - 1st Grade performers; Please Do Not bring anything extra
ie: toys, games, food, water bottle
*Performers in Both shows ~ water bottle & lunch is OK:)
Each class will have a designated area backstage with a chaperone assigned to each class
The house will open 30 min before the performance begins
Backstage help will assist with costume changes etc. during the performance
Packing...students 2nd grade and up should bring a water bottle, make-up, hairspray, bobby pins, and safety pins and all of their dance shoes. Dancers in BOTH shows may bring food.
Please put your name on all of you costume pieces! It is a huge help during fast changes backstage! They all look the same!

No, costumes are not needed for Saturday's Stage Rehearsal. Please arrive to Stage Rehearsal in your class' dress code, hair neatly pulled back away from your face.

Both of our shows will run about 1 hour.
Nope! There is no need to bring anything, and this allows for easy pick up at the end of the show. Dancers in both shows- a water bottle and packed lunch is allowed. :)
Preschool-1st grade pulled back away from your face in any style with fly aways secured with bobby pins. 2nd-12th Grade in a nice neat middle ponytail with fly aways secured with hair spray and bobby pins
Make-up is optional but recommended.....Dancers do get washed out under the stage lights. Red lipstick shows up best on stage....pink disappears under the lights

- Recital Week is SOOOOOO FUN! Special "In-Studio Share" to show off our dances and practice performing! These rehearsals are in place of your usual class time.

*Mon 2:00 First Position= regular class 2-2:30
- Monday K-1st Ballet/Tap will have their group rehearsal from 4:10-5:50PM
- Monday K-1st Hip Hop will have their group rehearsal from 5:05-5:50PM

Do I need my costumes? No, please wear your usual classwear
Do I need my dance shoes? Yes, Please bring all your dance shoes just like for regular classes.
What about hair and make-up? This is a great time to practice your hair and make-up for stage ~ but it is optional:)
Where are group rehearsals held? In the studio,... just like regular classes:)
Is this instead of my regular class time? Yes, if you have a group rehearsal, you do not have your regular class
